Good food but this place is expensive. Would like tables instead of all tiny booths.

Wow! Am I glad that we stopped here for lunch. Doesn't look like much on the outside (and it's kind of hard to see from the car as you drive by), and the inside is nothing special except for the collectable lunch boxes, but the food and service were just great. Had a decent omelette, tasty, fluffy pancakes, and some of the best hash browns I've ever eaten. Other diners raved about their Easy Rider burger (fried egg on top) and the open face roast beef sandwich. Taco salad was also great and so big we couldn't finish. The service was fantastic. Fast, friendly, and super attentive. Paid about $50, which included beverages. Wish we'd tried an apple empanada, but we were all just stuffed.

Nice place to stop after a long drive. This place has always been a destination stop for me on my way to Las Vegas. Nice cafe style style place in the middle of nowhere. Seriously if you have ever been to Kramer Junction, it's the middle of nowhere. Do yourself a favor, make a pit stop and grab some grub...

This was an amazing find. We just looked for the closest breakfast. We could not have chosen better. Great food and awesome people. Take the time to visit!

We always stop here in our way to Vegas. The food is good, the service is great (I swear the hostess/waitress has been working here forever and she's really very nice)! The 395 Home Wrecker chicken fried steak sandwich was awesome, and something I'm surprised I don't see at other restaurants. It paired nicely with a Indian Wells Brewing Mojave Red

Great staff, always friendly. We pretty much exclusively get burgers and patty melts, which are delicious, but have heard everything is pretty good.Breakfast is served all day which is a nice bonus.A bit pricey,but one of the better places to stop on the way to or from Mammoth.

Friendly and smiley staff .. awesome service .. yummy food .. delicious. Try once you will like it for sure.

The Ft. Worth ribeye

We arrived at this spot for a meeting. we heard about this spot from a lot of people. Well, it was very nice. The staff welcomed us with a smile and we felt fantastic. The food was just great. We enjoyed every moment and we will visit this place again. Keep it up.

This is a simple roadhouse restaurant. The server was great, the food was really good too. If I ever travel through here again, I would definitely stop again.

This hidden place is amazing! I've driven by hundreds of times and never stopped until today. Seriously worth a stop. I got the chicken friend steak and eggs breakfast, it came with so much food! The coffee is amazing also! I cant even say enough good things about it. Service was great and food was amazing! Oh and you have to try one of their empanadas! The apple is outstanding!

Our waitress was wonderful. Didn't get her name but the food was also good. Highly recommend.

My experience at roadhouse was excellent. The waitress Michelle fed us even though it was 10 minutes to closing. Romero the cook was fast and excellent food.. i might add..thanks guys you did great service to us..Michelle is very sweet and definitely is good at her job.

We were a party of six and our server was very attentive and polite. Because the portions were big, it's worth the price. My omelette tasted fresh and was loaded with avocado and veggies. Very delicious.

Nice, little diner conveniently located at the intersection of U S 395 and Hwy 58. Pleasant staff and fast service. Good food at a fair price.👍

Great little restaurant. Exceptional customer service. Our waitress, Michelle S. was awesome. Very attentive and hospitable. Would come back again.My partner and I ordered the Rib Eye dinner. It was not only delicious but I had to take some leftovers. They give you quite a bit. A 12oz. Rib eye steak, vegetables, baked potato, apple desert and vanilla ice cream desert. Whoa!!! That steak definitely hit the spot. Inside seems a little smaller than it looks on the outside but they do have plenty of sitting, mostly booths. Overall, great little sit down restaurant for those passing through this area.

We weren't expecting much but we stopped here because we were hungry and it was getting late. The food was good and the waitress was very nice. It is a family run business and I would definitely stop here again if I was in the area.

We just ate inside with the best social distancing of any place yet.This classic place reminds me of the old Lyon's Restaurants, but better! They have their own bakery and desserts. I went with a group of people and nobody had a bad dish. The onion rings are a must try! I will make a stop here every time I come to through.

I have been stopping here for breakfast for serval years every couple of months. The food is always good and the service is exceptional, my waitress Cindy has worked here for many years and always does a wonderful job. I had my big breakfast which is a hamburger patty eggs hashbrowns and biscuits and gravy

Standard diner fare. Food reminded me of 50's style for some dishes. Generous portions, the breakfast items could serve two light eaters easily.

Very good. Good food faster than most Restaurants . It was a pleasure to eat there! And went out to get my coffee thermos .it was free to fill it up! How often does that happen?

Friendly waitress and good food. Worth the stop. Vegetarian options. We had BLT and Veggie Burger. Both food choicea. Ice tea was good and refills were offered frequently. Only feedback is honey mustard on veggie burger. Too much honey mustard. I'm not a fan so would have preferred it on the side. Clean restrooms.

The food is regularly well prepared and delicious, staff members hands out fantastic customer service. I liked how neat it is and mood. Worth a try.

I celebrated my graduation yesterday in this fine place. Well it was a magnificent evening and the place was surely one of the reasons for that successful meeting. The crew cooperated in a gorgeous way, the food was yummy and my buddies were so joyful. We shall definitely come back again for more events. thanks very much.

The food is good but u dont get much for what we paid for

This restaurant can be easily spotted from the road while driving down 395. The food is super tasty, hostess is very welcoming and everything on their menu is decently priced. We asked them to grill the veggie sandwich for us which they very kindly agreed to. The absolute winner however was their Pineapple Upside Down cake - very moist, fluffy and very refreshing with ice cream (considering it was a 107 outside!). If you're cruising down 395, do check this place out.

We loved this restaurant! Driving for miles in the desert. This is at a little stop with gas stations and fast food. Adorable! Delicious food. Super clean including the restrooms. Lovely staff. Nicely decorated for the holidays. Like a walk down memory lane. Grill cheese so nice and crispy like when I was a little girl. Thanks for making a tiring day of driving suddenly more relaxing. Right off the 58 east and the junction of 395. Definitely worth a try!

The Eggs eggs benedict with hollandaise sauce was awesome. It was the best I have ever tasted. I'm looking forward to going back and getting it again. And the wait time was nothing . It was very fast. Love the service and the people

Every time I stop here does not disappoint..plenty of parking for semi..the food is good no matter what you order and potions are perfect with an added bonus of desert when you order a dinner plate. With the new freeway take the exit for US HWY 395 follow around at stop light turn left Pilot will be on right and Roadhouse on left..old hwy is a dead end. Please come often and support this great place before it vanishes into the desert.

They have a nice selection of food. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. When I told her I couldn't eat potatoes she gladly substituted for onion rings without an extra charge. The food was delicious and good portions as well.

I had a taco salad, but it didn't have any rice and beans. So it wasn't a true taco salad.

I adore this place! They serve tasty dishes, they have a rich menu, The chef in that restaurant is very experienced, I enjoy a lot trying all their dishes. The food is consistently of high class, the service towards the clients is friendly. I visit often this place and I not even once was disappointed. Highly recommended.

I have been dining at the Roadkill er ah... Road House for years. Better than average food. Professional and polite staff. Open early and close late.

I like their food. I like stopping here. That says a lot for the cook and the servers and the atmosphere.
